Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience in commercial cards within banking.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong ownership mindset with end-to-end delivery experience.
• Proactive, solution-oriented with early risk identification.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; PMP preferred.
• 3–5 years of project/program management in banking/payments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, MS Project or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full lifecycle of the commercial card program implementation from scoping to delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance to define scope and deliverables.
• Coordinate with external partners on development and implementation activities.
• Engage end-clients with timely updates, advice, and issue resolution.
• Develop statements of work, project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Identify bottlenecks or risks early and propose solutions to mitigate delays.
• Drive ownership and accountability for on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and stakeholder communications.
