Job summary

CAREER ZOOM PTE. LTD. in Singapore or Malaysia is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/PMO to govern and deliver complex card-management platform initiatives across banking and payments ecosystems.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, align with client expectations, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams through migrations, upgrades, and integrations. The role requires 10+ years in project/program/PMO, strong knowledge of card platforms, and proven governance, budgeting and

Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in project management, programme management, PMO or technology-delivery roles.
Strong experience delivering complex technology projects within banking, cards or payments.
Practical experience with at least one major card-management platform.
Experience coordinating business, product, functional, technical, testing and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end delivery of card-platform implementation, migration, upgrade and integration projects.
Develop project plans, milestones and delivery schedules.
Establish governance structures, methodologies and reporting processes.
Monitor scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues and costs.
Coordinate steering committees, project reviews and validation sessions.
Track decisions and actions through to completion.
