Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned project leader to bridge business, operations and technology, driving end-to-end delivery aligned with strategic objectives and customer needs.

You will lead initiatives across product launches, planning, governance and risk management in Banking or Financial Services contexts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in project management, business implementation, business analysis or change delivery within Banking or Financial Services.
• Experience in Cards, Payments, Personal Loans, Rewards and/or Digital Banking projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of business and technology projects, including product launches and enhancements.
• Drive project planning, execution, governance, risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate business requirements, UAT, implementation and post-launch support activities.

Job description

Acting as a bridge between Business, Operations and Technology, you play a pivotal role to translate business needs into practical solutions and drive end-to-end delivery aligned with strategic objectives, programme commitments and customer needs.

Beyond delivery, you will drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience, processes and delivery outcomes, ensuring initiatives create lasting value beyond project closure.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
