Job summary

we-plus pte. ltd. is seeking a Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of multi-stream programs, including Card Authorization TOM and Featurespace implementations for a client in APAC.

You will be the primary client-facing project management consultant coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve timely, quality outcomes. In this on-site role, you will govern scope, milestones, risks, and delivery cadence across four regional markets, ensuring preparedness, stakeholder alignment, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relevant fields.
• 8+ years of experience in consulting and/or project management within fintech/payments/financial crime tech.
• Experience managing large, complex technology-driven programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance environments across APAC.
• Experience with data-driven or machine-learning platforms is strongly preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-stream programs across Card Authorization TOM and Featurespace implementation.
• Own program governance: scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, delivery cadence.
