Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior system delivery professional to manage the development, implementation and support of strategic card projects on the mainframe platform.

You will align with enterprise standards and coordinate across Cardlink, VisionPlus and related technology teams to deliver production-ready solutions. You will lead application development teams, manage risks, collaborate with project managers, security and architects, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery with

Qualifications

• Strong technical/platform knowledge on Cards domain and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience in leading Cards Migration delivery and related apps.
• Proficiency with Cobol, Java and Oracle DB to support development and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of application development to plan technical deliverables within budget and schedule.
• Collaborate across domain teams to manage technical and security dependencies.
• Plan, monitor and manage risks and provide L3 support as needed.
• Provide status updates related to technical delivery and progress.
• Partner with PMs, BAs and system analysts to finalize functional and technical requirements.
• Ensure solution design complies with security and enterprise standards.
• Hands-on involvement to ensure teams build enhancements per the plan.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, performance tests and security testing with quality results.
• Coordinate with Security for penetration testing and remediation per Mitigation Plan.
• Manage technical implementation plans and cross-team cutovers.
