Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives across Cards, Payments and Personal Loans, including new product launches and enhancements.

You will manage scope, plans, timelines, budgets, risks and governance to ensure successful execution, with oversight of milestones and dependencies. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives across Cards, Payments and Personal Loans, including new product launches and enhancements.
• Manage project scope, plans, timelines, budgets, risks and governance for successful execution.
• Ensure deliverables meet timelines and quality standards with milestone oversight.
• Oversee UAT, defect management and business sign-off to meet requirements.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and proactively manage risks and decisions.
• Drive end-to-end implementation including readiness planning and post-implementation validation.
• Facilitate project discussions, status meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, technology and external partners.
• Collaborate with regional teams to align with programme objectives.
• Support other initiatives within the portfolio as priorities evolve.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned.
