Job summary

MARIBANK SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a capable professional to provide high-quality support to the Banking Operations Team, focusing on Card and Loan Operations. You will handle processing tasks across Chargeback, Retrieval, Representments, and related workflows, aiming for timely resolution within agreed KPIs.

You will test and implement system and process enhancements to optimize efficiency, ensure compliance with SLAs and external regulations, and support other operational products

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of Card Operations experience in banking.
• Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to the Banking Operations Team focusing on Card and Loan Operations.
• Handle processing tasks including Chargeback, Retrieval, Representments, and related workflows.
• Ensure efficient resolution of transactional and operational issues while maintaining service KPIs and SLAs.
• Assist in testing and implementing system and process enhancements to optimize efficiency.
• Adhere to processing KPIs, SLAs, and comply with regulatory requirements.
