Monee, a leading digital payments provider, is seeking a Card Operations Officer - Operations for MariBank in Singapore. You will support the Banking Operations Team, handling card and loan operations, and ensure smooth processing and compliance.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor's degree, 3+ years in card operations in banking, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and Word. You will manage multiple tasks and help implement system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of relevant Card Operations experience in banking.
• Experience in Consumer Loan Operations is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to the Banking Operations Team, focusing on Card and Loan Operations.
• Handle processing tasks, including Chargeback, Retrieval, Representments, Pre-arbitration, Arbitration, Pre-Compliance, and Compliance, using internal bank systems or Card Association platforms.
• Ensure efficient resolution of transactional and operational issues, tracking them through to completion while maintaining agreed service levels.
• Assist in testing and implementing system and process enhancements to optimize efficiency.
• Adhere to processing KPIs, SLAs, and comply with operational controls and external regulations.
• Provide support for other operational products as needed.
