Job summary

MARIBANK SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a detail-oriented banking operations professional to perform loan administration, analyze customer statements for loan applications, and support account maintenance tasks.

You will collaborate with the credit risk team, ensure regulatory compliance, handle data updates, onboarding reviews, and ad hoc system testing. Minimum 2 years in banking operations and a Diploma/Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of banking operations experience.
• Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Responsible and good team player.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Perform loan administration tasks, including gathering and analyzing customer bank statements for loan applications.
• Collaborate closely with the credit risk team to perform credit maintenance functions such as credit monitoring and limit updates.
• Support and execute account maintenance requests, including updating bank static data and customer information, customer profile creations and account closures.
• Review onboarding applications and customer profile changes to ensure compliance to regulatory guidelines.
• Handle requests from external organisations such as liquidators & IRAS.
• Assist with system testing and other ad hoc tasks when required.
