Job summary

Changi Airports International Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager, Capability Development to drive learning and capability-building across airport operations. You will design programmes, facilitate workshops, and partner with business leaders to address future skill needs.

The role focuses on AI, automation, digital tools, and data-driven decision support, with emphasis on resilience and practical in-house solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Capability Development or related fields.
• Experience supporting transformation, technology adoption or digital capability-building initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and programme management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning programmes across the Airport Management Cluster.
• Facilitate workshops, simulations, hackathons, and action-learning initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to identify future skill requirements and address capability gaps.
• Support learning governance, budgets and reporting across the function.
