Job summary

Changi Airports International Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive professional to drive people engagement, knowledge management, and innovation initiatives across the Airport Management cluster. You will design programmes, coordinate events, and help teams collaborate more effectively using digital and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Degree with minimum 3 years of work experience.
• Familiarity with technology, digital & AI tools.
• Proven track record of planning and executing medium-to-large scale events (like townhalls) and managing cross-functional projects.
• Proven track record of implementing programmes and/or projects related to innovation and/or knowledge management.
• Able to collaborate closely with stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• A self-starter who is motivated, independent with a growth mindset. Must be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills, able to multi-task and perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, plan and deliver programmes and activities to foster trust, strengthen sense of belonging and build a highly engaged workforce. Lead initiatives such as leadership engagement, wellness and team-bonding events.
• Establish systems and processes to systematically capture and maintain institutional knowledge, deepening organisational know-how, tracking stakeholder & partner interactions and facilitating information sharing & search.
• Enable innovation and continuous improvement across divisions, supporting business units to innovate faster and better. Raise confidence in software development and the use of digital & AI tools to enhance staff productivity, and in planning & executing innovation trials.
