Help build the future workforce of Changi Airport
Airport operations are becoming increasingly digital, automated and data-driven. As technology transforms how airports operate, the skills needed to run a world-class airport are evolving too. We are looking for a capability development professional who is passionate about helping people learn, adapt and thrive in a changing environment. In this role, you will drive learning and capability-building initiatives across the Airport Management Cluster, helping our workforce develop skills in areas such as systems thinking, AI, automation, and digital operations.
Design and deliverlearningprogrammes thatstrengthensystems thinking,problem-solving,innovationand digitalcompetencies acrosstheAM Cluster.
Facilitateworkshops,simulations, hackathons, and action-learning initiatives thatsupport transformation and capability building.
Partnerwithbusiness leaderstoidentifyfuture skill requirements andaddresscapability gaps.
Support capability-building efforts in areas such as AI, automation, digitaltoolsand data-driven decision-making, including enabling operational teams to prototype practical in-house solutions using low-code platforms, generative AI,dashboardsand analytics tools.
Translate emerging technology trends into practical learning interventions for operational teams, with emphasis on resilience thinking, contingency planning and manual fallback procedures where automation or digital systems may fail.
Work with stakeholders to drive learning and adoption of new ways of working.
Manage learning programmes across the Airport ManagementCluster, from needs analysis and programme design to implementation and evaluation.
Partner trainers, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver impactful learning experiences.
Oversee learning governance, budgets and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree with at least 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Capability Development, Organisational Development, Operations Transformation or related fields.
Experiencesupporting transformation, technology adoption or digital capability-building initiatives.
Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and programme management skills.
Good understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, automation, dataanalyticsand digital workplace tools, andhow to upskill non-technical staff in these areas.
Curious, proactive, and passionate about developing people and capabilities.
Experience with Design Thinking, Agile, Scrum or similar methodologies.
Experience leading innovation challenges,hackathonsor transformationinitiatives.
Experience in aviationor other complex ops-intensiveenvironments.
