Job summary

Changi Airports International Pte Ltd is seeking a Manager for the Airside Automation Programme to lead autonomous systems initiatives and roadmaps across airport operations. You will drive concept development, trials, and large-scale deployments in partnership with internal teams and external airport partners.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, stakeholder management, and a hands-on approach to delivering transformative airside technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably with at least 5 years of working experience.
• Ambition and desire to drive industry change for aviation and airport operations.
• Strategy formulation and strategic planning, able to articulate desired end goal and outline programme roadmap.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to navigate uncharted territory and deliver large-scale programmes.
• Technical knowledge in system, software and network design is a bonus.
• Excellent communications (written & oral) and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Envision, (re)define and deliver impactful airside automation projects.
• Define programme roadmap(s) and obtain senior management buy-in.
• Steer technological developments and execute trials for autonomous systems.
• Deploy solutions with internal operational teams and airport partners.
