Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Cantonese cuisine to oversee daily outlet operations, ensure food quality, service excellence and guest satisfaction.

The role requires leading a team across service, kitchen and administration, with focus on efficiency and compliance with safety standards. Salary ranges SGD 4,000–5,500 per month, 5.5 days, 44 hours/week, including weekends and public holidays, with split shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in managing a restaurant.
• Experience in Chinese cuisine is required.
• Proven leadership and staff training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations during shifts and ensure service standards.
• Maintain front-of-house and back-of-house coordination and cleanliness.
• Lead service crew, coach staff, and manage scheduling.
• Manage reservations, VIP bookings, and large group events.
• Monitor sales, labor costs, and inventory; prepare reports.
• Coordinate with kitchen and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
