Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a Cantonese cuisine outlet in Singapore. You will oversee daily operations, service quality and guest experience to ensure efficient and memorable dining.

The position includes a 5.5-day work week with split shifts and weekend/PH coverage. Ideal candidates have 6–8 years of restaurant management experience, with Chinese cuisine exposure and strong hygiene, inventory and cost-control skills.

Qualifications

• Min 6-8 years of restaurant management experience
• Experience in Chinese cuisine preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during shifts, ensuring smooth front- and back-of-house coordination.
• Monitor service standards, food presentation, hygiene and cleanliness to uphold quality.
• Lead, coach and schedule service staff; manage recruitment and onboarding as needed.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen and suppliers to ensure timely preparation and accurate inventory.
• Prepare daily reports on sales, labour costs and promotions; ensure SOP compliance.
