Qualifications

• Experience in café/food & beverage operations preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving attitude.
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to train and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall café operations in line with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Be hands-on during service to support front-of-house, beverage preparation and customer service.
• Drive business performance by monitoring daily sales, labor, and costs, and implement improvement actions.
• Oversee beverage and food preparation standards to ensure quality, speed, and consistency.
• Plan manpower and scheduling to maintain staffing levels during peak periods.
• Apply knowledge of coffee equipment for calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting to minimise downtime.
• Lead and coach the team to foster engagement, safety, and continuous improvement.
