Job summary

MASTERS CAREER CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Café Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure top service and safety standards at our Singapore café. You will manage opening/closing, staff supervision, scheduling, and inventory while upholding quality and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of café/F&B experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a hands-on approach to daily café management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in café, restaurant or F&B operations.
• Supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of café operations, food preparation and beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the café to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure the café is properly opened and closed according to operating procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Ensure food and beverage quality, consistency and presentation meet company standards.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely ordering of ingredients, beverages and operating supplies.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Recruit, train, supervise and develop café staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower requirements.
• Assign daily duties and ensure staff carry out their responsibilities effectively.
