Job summary

HANSING RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Café Supervisor to manage daily outlet operations, lead the team and maintain high standards of service, food quality and hygiene in a fast-paced café.

You will plan rosters, supervise staff, coordinate kitchen and service, monitor inventory and cash handling, handle customer feedback, and ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in F&B operations with supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Good organisational skills to manage daily priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Plan staff rosters, assign duties and manage manpower deployment.
• Supervise staff performance and provide coaching on service and procedures.
• Coordinate kitchen and service teams for timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with standards.
