Acoustics Coffee Bar in Singapore seeks a seasoned professional to lead daily cafe operations, ensuring smooth service flow, quality coffee, and guest satisfaction. You will manage inventory, costs, and teams while upholding health and safety standards to build a welcoming community atmosphere.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive cafe operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Valid Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate recognised by Singapore Food Agency (SFA).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily cafe operations including opening/closing procedures and service flow.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, coffee presentation, and guest service.
• Resolve customer inquiries and escalations to ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Manage sales targets, labor costs, and COGS to hit financial goals.
• Monitor stock levels, place vendor orders, and conduct inventory audits.
• Analyze POS data and performance trends for local promotions.
• Lead recruitment, training, and mentoring of service and barista teams.
• Schedule shifts, rosters, attendance, and payroll inputs.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment for staff retention.
• Ensure adherence to SFA hygiene standards and food safety practices.
• Maintain Workplace Safety and Health guidelines across the cafe floor.

Formação académica
