Job summary

Emerald Hill Cafe Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Café Operations Leader to oversee daily cafe activities and manage service staff to ensure smooth operations.

You will maintain high standards of hospitality and address customer feedback professionally, while coordinating rosters and inventory to support efficient service. The role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to work weekends and public holidays as scheduled in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in F&B, hospitality or lounge operations preferred.
• Supervisory or managerial experience would be an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to lead and work effectively with a team.
• Able to work rostered shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the cafe.
• Manage and supervise service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance and deployment.
• Monitor inventory, supplies and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and company procedures.
• Assist management with other operational duties when required.
