Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in managing a cafe and/or restaurant.
• Strong people management and communication skills, with a hands-on approach to operations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and able to perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and manpower planning to achieve targets and business goals.
• Recruit, train, and motivate team members to enhance performance and service.
• Manage inventory, sales forecasting, invoicing, and reports for management decisions.
• Conduct monthly inventory audits and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute store activities and promotions.
• Enforce compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Address customer feedback to improve satisfaction and service quality.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and presentation standards.
• Oversee shift handover, opening, and closing procedures.
