We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilledCAD Drafterto produce clear and accurate technical drawings, blueprints, and plans using CAD software. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to translate design concepts into precise technical documents used for construction and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• BIM Modelling skills is required.
• Interpret rough sketches, specifications, and calculations to develop plans.
• Revise and update drawings based on engineering changes and project feedback.
• Ensure drawings comply with industry and company standards.
• Maintain organized documentation of all versions and revisions.
• Work closely with engineering teams to understand project requirements.
• Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation and materials for clients and construction teams.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or technical certification in drafting, engineering technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a CAD Drafter or similar role.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and conventions.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Minimum 2 year of drafting experience in Construction or Engineering Industry.
