Responsibilities

• Immediate handling of incoming vessel purchase orders.
• Send orders to appropriate suppliers for quotes.
• Price negotiations and order follow-up with suppliers.
• Evaluate incoming quotations and confirm supplier selection.
• Work closely with the warehouse and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Issue and transmit instructions to suppliers.
• Keep Vessel Managers informed of deliveries.
• Liaise with port agents and manage customs clearance.
• Arrange official bookings for service and repairs as directed by Vessel Manager.
• Maintain and update supplier databases across platforms.

• To work closely with the warehouse and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Send instructions to the supplier.
• Keep the vessels and Vessel Managers informed of any delivery.
• Contact with the port agents of the vessel
• Clearance through customs
• Based on the practical arrangements made by the Vessel Manager, make the necessary official bookings for service and repairs.
• Maintain and update the supplier's database across many platforms.
