To work closely with the warehouse and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

Keep the vessels and Vessel Managers informed of any delivery.

Based on the practical arrangements made by the Vessel Manager, make the necessary official bookings for service and repairs.
Maintain and update the supplier's database across many platforms.
