Job summary

CLUB CHINOIS PTE LTD in Singapore is hiring a skilled meat butcher to support our kitchen operations. You will break down beef, pork, lamb, poultry and fish into usable cuts, trim and portion meats, and help maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

The role requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and perform shifts including weekends and public holidays. A teamwork mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Break down beef, pork, lamb, poultry and fish into usable cuts.
• Trim, portion and prepare meats to chef specs.
• Ensure proper handling and storage per safety standards.
• Monitor quality and freshness; report spoilage.
• Clean and maintain station, tools and equipment.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.

Responsibilities:

• Break down whole beef, pork, lamb, poultry, and fish into usable cuts for the kitchen
• Trim, portion, and prepare various meats to chef specifications and menu requirements
• Ensure all meats are handled and stored according to food safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor quality and freshness of all meat products, reporting any spoilage or concerns
• Clean and maintain station, tools, and equipment to meet health code standards
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role preferred

• Able to perform spilt shift, work on weekends and public holidays
