Tung Lok Group is seeking a skilled kitchen assistant to support the prep team. Prepare and cut meats, seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients, ensuring consistent size and presentation during service.

You will maintain ingredient storage, labeling, rotation per food safety standards, work closely with chefs, uphold cleanliness, and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned, including weekend and public holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience required.
• Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cutting techniques.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Able to perform split shift, work on weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
