Job summary

ACTIVATE INTERACTIVE PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join the Co-Development Business Unit. You will engage stakeholders to understand goals, translate needs into user stories, and support requirement management throughout the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, Product Management, or Process Improvement advantageous.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, product delivery, or system implementation.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments advantageous.
• Government or large-scale enterprise systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to understand business goals, pain points, operational challenges, and policy requirements.
• Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation.
• Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to design practical and scalable solutions.
• Work closely with Product Managers and delivery teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support Agile delivery by managing and refining product backlogs and requirements.
• Clarify business requirements during development and assist teams in resolving requirement-related issues.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and user needs.
• Develop and review test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT.
• Monitor solution performance and user feedback after implementation.
• Communicate progress, issues, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
