Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
• End-to-end experience working with product teams to build products.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and analysis across complex initiatives; translate business needs into requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with owners, solution architects, engineers and vendors to shape scalable cloud-based solutions.
• Own requirements traceability and facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder decisions.
