Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Singapore team on a 12-month fixed term contract with renewal potential. You will lead discovery and requirements across complex initiatives, coordinating with product, engineers, and vendors to shape scalable cloud-based solutions.

You will own traceability, plan testing and deployment readiness, and mentor others, while ensuring timely delivery under pressure.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience.
• Proven record of collecting and synthesizing data to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
• End to end experience working with product team to build products.
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• Personnel must be available for planned deployments and Severity incident support outside office hours, as necessary.
• Computer science or product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and analysis across complex or cross-system initiatives; translate business needs and user insights into problem statements, process models, user stories, functional and technical requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with business owners, product teams, solution architects, engineers and vendors to assess feasibility and shape secure, scalable solutions across cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, data and automation.
• Own requirements traceability and facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, solution walkthroughs and stakeholder decision-making.
• Plan and coordinate functional, integration, regression, performance, security and user acceptance testing; manage defects through resolution.
• Assess operational readiness, support deployment and transition activities, and coordinate post-production stabilisation and issue resolution.
• Provide guidance to other analysts and undertake structured handover and knowledge transfer from incumbent officers.
