Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst on a 12-month fixed term contract with renewal potential up to 36 months. You will gather, analyse, and document business needs, and work with product, project teams, engineers and vendors to clarify requirements.

If you have at least 4 years of experience, strong data synthesis, and excellent written and verbal communication, you will thrive in our team and support deployments, testing, and transitions to business-as-usual

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Proven ability to collect and synthesize data to drive insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and document business needs, current- and future-state processes, user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate workshops with business users, product and project teams, engineers and vendors.
Maintain requirements traceability, process flows and backlog refinement.
Prepare test scenarios and coordinate testing including defects and retesting.
Support deployment, change communication, and transition to BAU operations.
Undertake handover and knowledge transfer to stakeholders.
