Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is recruiting a Business Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential conversion to permanent. You will bridge stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable specifications and delivering data-driven insights.

You will gather requirements, design solutions with Design & Technical teams, and support testing, training, and change management. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma/bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
• CBAP or PMI-BA is a plus.
• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Systems Analyst or in similar role.
• Experience in requirement gathering, data analysis, and solution design.
• Background in software development or programming (e.g., Python, Java, .NET or JavaScript) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and prioritise business requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with design and technical teams to validate solutions.
• Support testing, training, and change management during implementation.
• Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
