We are partnering with a leading U.S.-based specialty lubricant manufacturer to support the expansion of their Singapore operations. With strong business growth both locally and globally, they are seeking a dynamic Business & Operations Planner/Executive to play a key role in driving their operational and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with vendors, forwarders, and service providers on import/export shipments, logistics arrangements, and delivery schedules.
  • Manage demand forecasting, product requirements planning, and inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and local deliveries.
  • Prepare and review reports, including inventory status, sales performance, and operational efficiency metrics.
  • Support the Manager in driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare, verify and maintain accurate operational documents, including shipping manifests,, inventory records, purchase orders, invoices, and payment records.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 2-3 years in planning, logistics, trading, or supply chain management
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
