Your mission is to ensure we deliver on our promises to clients with precision, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. You will be the critical link between our Sales, Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams.
Order-to-Plan Translation
- Receive incoming sales orders from the Commercial team and translate them into a clear, actionable production plan.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team regarding order status, timelines, and feasibility.
Material & Procurement Coordination
- Collaborate closely with the Procurement team to verify that all necessary raw materials and packaging components are available to meet the production schedule.
- Proactively flag any potential material shortages and work with the team to find solutions.
Production Scheduling & Management
- Work hand-in-hand with the Production team to create and manage the day-to-day manufacturing schedule.
- Monitor production progress against the plan, identify any bottlenecks or delays, and proactively solve issues to keep things on track.
Operational Cost Management
- Monitor and manage operational costs related to production runs, including material wastage, labor, and logistics.
- Continuously identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the order-to-dispatch process.
- Work with the logistics team to ensure dispatch methods are both timely and cost-effective.
Finished Goods & Logistics Coordination
- Ensure a seamless handover of finished goods from Production to the Warehouse.
- Coordinate with the Logistics team to ensure products are packed correctly and dispatched on time to meet client deadlines.

Qualifications
- A degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role such as production planning, operations coordination, or supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in managing complex processes and coordinating between multiple teams.
- A strong understanding of the end-to-end production lifecycle is highly desirable.
