Job summary

OAKDENE MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager & Supervisor to drive revenue by acquiring new clients and forging strategic partnerships across commercial, residential, industrial and government sectors.

The role includes overseeing daily operations and ensuring service quality while securing new contracts. The candidate should have at least 2 years in business development and supervision, strong communication and negotiation skills, and knowledge of workplace

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred; hands-on experience considered.
Minimum 2 years in business development and supervision.
Experience in the cleaning industry is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of workplace safety and health standards.

Responsibilities

Identify and secure new contracts across commercial, residential, industrial and government sectors.
Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and support quotations.
Build long-term relationships to drive renewals.
Prepare tender documents for government contracts.
Oversee daily cleaning operations and site inspections.
Plan staff schedules and allocate manpower across sites.
Ensure hygiene, safety and regulatory compliance.
Address client feedback promptly.
