Job summary

OAKDENE MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager & Supervisor to drive revenue by acquiring new clients and forging strategic partnerships across commercial, residential, industrial and government sectors.

The role includes overseeing daily operations and ensuring service quality while securing new contracts. The candidate should have at least 2 years in business development and supervision, strong communication and negotiation skills, and knowledge of workplace

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred; hands-on experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years in business development and supervision.
• Experience in the cleaning industry is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and health standards.

Responsibilities

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and driven BusinessDevelopment Manager & Supervisor to drive revenue by acquiring new clientsand forging strategic partnerships. They oversee daily operations and servicequality while securing new commercial, residential, industrial and government contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and secure new contracts including but not limited to commercial, residential, industrial and government contracts.
• Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and support the preparation of quotations and proposals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to drive contract renewals.
• Prepare required documents when tendering for government contracts.

Supervision

• Oversee daily cleaning operations and conducting site inspections.
• Supervise employees and monitor work performance.
• Maintain high service standards and client satisfaction for client retention.
• Plan staff work schedules and manpower allocation across multiple client sites.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and regulatory standards.
• Address client feedback and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred but not required, hands on experience without academic qualifications will be considered.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in business development and supervision, ideally within the cleaning industry.
• Knowledgeable in workplace safety and health standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Strategic and analytical problem-solving abilities.
