Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing is mandatory.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development or related managerial role.
Experience in construction, property, engineering or project-based industries is advantageous.
Strong understanding of marketing strategy, market research and client relationships.
Ability to identify opportunities and develop relationships with clients and partners.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prepare professional marketing materials, proposals and tender documents.
Commercial awareness and ability to analyze market conditions.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to support growth in the construction industry.
Lead marketing initiatives to promote services, projects, capabilities and corporate brand.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitors, customer needs and opportunities.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, clients, strategic partners and contacts.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and developers.
Prepare marketing plans, materials, presentations and proposals for BD and tender opportunities.
Support tender preparation, quotations and client proposals with market and competitor information.
Coordinate with management, project teams and sites to understand project requirements and marketing strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Represent the company in client meetings, industry events and networking activities.
