Qualifications

Bachelor’s or diploma in business/marketing preferred but not required.
Minimum 2 years in business development and supervision, ideally in renovation/installation.
Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

Identify and secure new renovation and installation contracts.
Coordinate quotations, proposals, and scopes of work.
Build long-term client relationships to drive renewals.
Prepare tender documents for government contracts.
Supervise day-to-day renovation and installation across sites.
Oversee staff, contractors, and site activities.
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with SOPs.
