Illuminating Asia is a Singapore-based lighting consultancy with a proven track record. We offer residential lighting sales through Lune Brillante and project development for architectural and interior design clients, supported by a patented range and a strong CRM workflow.

You will focus on both consumer home lighting sales and securing lighting projects by building relationships with homeowners and professionals. A commission-based earning structure accompanies a solid base salary.

Illuminating Asia is a Singapore-based lighting consultancy with 16 years of experience and hundreds of successful installations. Our team of lighting designers, engineers, architects, and electricians takes clients from paper sketches to final switch-on, so they deal with one firm instead of several.

Our latest win: our Constellation Retail Store Lighting project received a 2026 A' Design Award and was shown at the award exhibition in Italy. It follows earlier recognition including the London Design Award, the D'ARC Award, and A' Design Awards for projects such as Haw Par Villa and Dalvey Haus. We've worked on Marina One, the Ritz-Carlton Residences, CHIJMES, and Suntec City, alongside developers, architecture firms, and government organizations.

You'd be selling both: a complete, proven lighting service for projects, and a distinctive patented range for homeowners.

Your role: about 70% consumer sales, 30% business development

Consumer sales (about 70%)

• Sell Lune Brillante residential lighting to homeowners and work with their interior designers
• Recommend lighting setups that suit each client's mood, ambience, and design theme
• Prepare tailored proposals using our CRM and digital tools
• Build a pipeline of repeat clients and referrals

Business development (about 30%)

• Win lighting projects for Illuminating Asia by building relationships with architects, property developers, and interior designers
• Present our design-to-execution approach and bring in leads that grow the company

Alongside both

• Work with our marketing team on lead generation and content, and take part in showroom events and product launches

What we're looking for

• Experienced sales manager with a proven record of meeting and beating targets.
• A network with architects, property developers, or interior designers is a strong bonus. (You'll hit the ground running).
• You're a hunter who is comfortable opening new doors, and a good advisor who listens to clients.
• You advise with honesty and integrity and want clients who come back and refer others.
• You're organized, follow up consistently, and are comfortable with a CRM and digital tools.
• You're self-driven and motivated by targets and commission.
• Loves to learn and immerse in front leading technology (lighting)

What you'll earn

• Base: S$3,500-4,000 per month
• Commission: 5% of sales revenue (may be adjusted case by case, which we'll explain clearly at interview)
• Typical total monthly earnings: S$5,000-6,000
• Top performers: S$11,000+ per month
