Skills Development Academy (SDA) is seeking driven B2B Corporate Sales Executives in Singapore. You will engage corporate clients, identify opportunities and promote our professional training programmes to support workforce upskilling.

This proactive role involves cold calling, appointment setting, client presentations and business development. The successful candidate will build relationships from scratch, manage a sales pipeline and contribute to team growth through meeting individual targets.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with cold calling and approaching new corporate clients.
• Confident communicating with business owners, HR professionals and decision-makers.
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to corporate companies to generate leads and set face-to-face appointments.
• Present SDA's corporate training programmes and government training grants.
• Identify training needs and propose workforce upskilling solutions.
• Encourage enrolment and establish learning accounts with SDA.
• Build relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Follow up prospects, handle objections and close opportunities.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and provide updates on activities and conversions.
• Work towards sales targets and contribute to team growth.
