Formación

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Experience in hospitality, marketing, IT solutions, events, or related B2B/B2C sales.
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, negotiate terms.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
• English & Chinese language proficiency; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and market reach.
• Proactively generate leads, arrange business meetings, deliver sales presentations, and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Explore new market segments, partnership opportunities, and potential distribution channels to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting, follow-ups, and client engagement.
