Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or a related field.
• Fluent in English for business communication.
• Demonstrates knowledge of transport logistics for clinical trial supplies and GMP depot operations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains customer relationships by evaluating customer needs and aligning solutions to defined requirements.
• Executes prospecting and opportunity generation activities through planned outreach and participation in customer-facing events.
• Follows up on leads and progresses opportunities through qualification, offer development, and closure.
• Coordinates with internal teams to address customer concerns, resolve issues, and advance growth opportunities.
• Records sales activities and opportunity updates in the CRM system and develops leadership reports.
• Prepares customer offers reflecting customer requirements and commercial parameters.
