You will develop strategies, pursue new opportunities, and nurture existing accounts with consultative selling and strong relationship management. The role requires a degree in a life sciences field and at least three years of related sales or account management experience, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years in sales, business development, product specialist, or account management within life sciences industries.
• Strong understanding of customer engagement, business development, and consultative selling.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence within the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries.
• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth across assigned product portfolios and customer segments.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts through effective relationship management and solution-based selling.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, principals, vendors, and key stakeholders to support sustainable business growth.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers to promote product awareness and adoption.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and suppliers to execute business development initiatives and achieve strategic objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify opportunities and strengthen market competitiveness.
• Provide consultative support to customers by understanding their operational needs and recommending suitable solutions.
