Job summary

Cognizant in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager-level Service Line Specialist to originate, advance and close sales opportunities across ASEAN, focusing on Life Sciences Manufacturing IT/OT, MOM/MES, quality control labs, and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the GGM Head of Business Development, you will work with Client Partners and CRMs to drive growth.

Qualifications

8-10+ years of experience in Life Sciences Manufacturing IT or OT sales and business development.
Direct domain sales experience is required and distinct from other roles.
Experience in growing sales pipelines and closing deals.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and pipeline growth for Life Sciences Manufacturing in ASEAN.
Own the growth of Cognizant's Life Sciences Manufacturing business in Singapore and region.
Develop and execute a growth plan for the Life Sciences Manufacturing domain.
Forecast with delivery and operations teams to ensure accuracy.
Build and manage the opportunity pipeline with disciplined tracking.
Shape proposals with presales, solutioning and BD teams, including pricing.
Develop executive-level relationships with client stakeholders.
