Job summary

Cencora, including World Courier Singapore Pte Ltd, is hiring in Singapore for a senior sales/account management role focused on pharmaceutical logistics. You will develop and maintain customer relationships, drive opportunity generation, and lead account plans with cross-functional teams to maximize retention and growth.

The position requires 4+ years in sales or account management, fluency in English, and deep knowledge of pharma logistics and GMP operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, communications, or related field required or equivalent experience.
4+ years' experience in sales, account management, business development or related field.
Fluent in English for business communication.
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical logistics and GMP depot operations.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains customer relationships by evaluating needs and aligning solutions to requirements.
Executes prospecting and opportunity generation through outreach and events.
Follows up on leads and advances opportunities to closure within timelines.
Executes account plans to drive retention, expansion, and long-term value.
Prepares customer offers reflecting requirements and commercial parameters.
Coordinates with internal teams to address concerns and grow opportunities.
Records sales activities in CRM and develops leadership reports on needs and market opportunities.
