Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive sales support professional to drive engagement for contract logistics services in Singapore. The role focuses on warehousing, inventory management, and last-mile distribution, with responsibility for tailoring client solutions and coordinating with internal teams.

You will follow up with prospects, schedule meetings, and collect information for proposals, while maintaining precise records and monitoring market opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support sales activities focused on contract logistics services such as warehousing, inventory management, and last-mile distribution.
• Assist in preparing and presenting tailored solutions to clients based on their logistics requirements.
• Follow up with potential clients, schedule meetings, and gather information needed for proposal development.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (warehouse ops, transport teams, solutions design) to ensure feasibility of proposed services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications.
• Monitor competitor offerings and support market research to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare reports and updates for management on progress toward sales and implementation goals.
• Provide strong after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
