• Strong coordination with warehouse ops, transport, and solutions design teams.
• Good record-keeping of sales activities, leads, and client communications.
• Competitor monitoring and market research to identify new opportunities.
• Experience providing post-sale support to ensure smooth onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Support sales activities focused on contract logistics services such as warehousing, inventory management, and last-mile distribution.
• Assist in preparing and presenting tailored solutions to clients based on their logistics requirements.
• Follow up with potential clients, schedule meetings, and gather information needed for proposal development.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (warehouse ops, transport teams, solutions design) to ensure feasibility of proposed services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications.
• Monitor competitor offerings and support market research to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare reports and updates for management on progress toward sales and implementation goals.
• Provide strong after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
