- Analyze shipping market trends and competitor activities to develop and optimize business development strategies that support company growth goals
- Source potential partners, negotiate cooperation agreements, and manage long-term partnership performance to maximize business value
- Collaborate with technical and service teams to design and deliver customized shipping solutions that improve service competitiveness
- Identify and pursue potential end clients, follow up on business opportunities, and lead proposal negotiations to close deals
- Represent the company at industry events and marketing activities to expand business networks and strengthen corporate brand influence
- Monitor key business development performance indicators, conduct regular business analyses, and recommend improvements to optimize results
- Execute tasks assigned by the Commercial Director to support strategic objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Trade, Maritime Studies, Business, or relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, shipbroking, or related fields within the shipping industry
- Deep knowledge of shipping industry dynamics, including routes, regulations, market trends, and key players
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn industry-specific tools and platforms
- Ability to travel frequently for business purposes
- Experience in oil and gas shipping industry
