Job summary

ARIES MARINE & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional in Singapore to drive revenue growth through strategic market expansion and client acquisition across manpower and recruitment services.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities and proven leadership to coach the BD team, manage budgets and forecast performance while building lasting relationships with key corporate clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, HRM or related field.
• Strong experience in business development, market expansion and revenue growth strategies.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills to evaluate opportunities and market trends.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, targets and business performance.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills with leadership capabilities.
