Job summary

Sinweb Manpower in Singapore seeks a results‑driven Business Development Lead to drive revenue growth and expand manpower and recruitment services. You will identify new markets and clients through market research and lead client acquisition and market penetration initiatives.

You will build relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders, lead negotiations, manage budgets and forecasts, and coach the team to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, HR or related field.
• Strong experience in business development and market expansion.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts and targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Strong experience in business development, market expansion and revenue growth strategies.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business opportunities and market trends.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, targets and business performance.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills with proven leadership capabilities.
• Possess a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI).
