Job summary

IMPACT BPO SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Business Development professional to drive growth in the building facilities management sector.

You will research markets, identify opportunities, engage prospective accounts, and plan go-to-market strategies to increase revenue. With 5+ years in BD for construction or A&A projects, you will leverage your network and strong communication to clinch deals, coordinate with stakeholders, and help the company expand its client base

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or construction management or business related.
• 5+ years in Business Development for construction or building facilities management/A&A works a plus.
• Driven and passionate about networking and clinching deals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good network.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.

Job Requirements:

• More than 5 years of relevant working experience in Business Development for construction orbuilding facilities management, A&A worksis a plus.
